The kind of training you give your brain, to tackle all the negativity in life, is scientifically termed as positive psychology. 

In one research about positive psychology in schools, colleges, and companies, the result seemed that 2/3 of the people were in the bubble of negative thoughts relating to stress, tension, etc. Well, to first find that path to positivity, you first need to eliminate the weirdos, or so-called outliners that obstruct your thinking process towards a wrong end.

The key to the science of happiness in your perception, acceptance, and thought processing patterns. Once you get them straight, your graph of positivity would reach heights of success in no time.

Positivity is not materialistic:

According to a research, only 10% of your long-term happiness can be determined by the external world, or material world you inhabit in. 90% of your happiness is predicted by the way your brain processes the world. 

If you do not mix the reason to be happy with how successful you are, it changes our reality. It is found that only 25% of job successes are predicted by IQ, 75% of job success is predicted by optimism levels, your social support, and the ability to see stress as a challenge instead of a threat.

Also, one should note that just like the absence of a chronic disease should not be concluded as the sign of being healthy is not being healthy, the lack of success in life should not affect your happiness and positivity. Here is where we can reverse the formula of happiness for success, and work harder to excel, just not be successful but to be happy.

Scientific facts about positivity in life, happiness and successes:

Every time you experience success, your brain just change your goalposts of what success looked like. You get good grades, and now you have to get better ones. You got into Ivy school, now you need to get a good job. You got a good job, now you have to get a leadership position. 

If your happiness is on the opposite sides of success, your brain will never get there. Because we have pushed happiness over the cognitive realm as a society. This is because we have trained our minds to think we have to be successful, to experience be happiness.

If we can find a way to become positive in the present, then our brain works even more successfully, as we can work harder and faster and more intelligently. Hence, we should reverse our conventional formula of happiness, so we start to see what our brain is capable of. Doing these activities and training your mind will not only create ripples of positivity by a real revolution but also make you always feel successful in every stage of life, which in turn makes you feel happy again.
